As our fully digital personalisation process is still in the development phase, we ask you to submit your request as follows:
- Click on the Request personalisation button below. The article ‘Personalisation request’ will automatically be added to your shopping cart. This article is free of charge and is only used to automatically inform our customer service. Then click on Enter personal data now.
Please note:
a) If you already have a customer account with us, please log in and send the order.
b) If you do not yet have a customer account, please complete the registration form and send the order. This will allow us to automatically create your customer details in the system and provide you with a quote. - Our customer service team will usually get back to you by phone within an hour during our business hours (Mon-Thu: 08:00-04:00 p.m., Fri: 08:00-02:30 p.m.) or outside of business hours as soon as possible.
- We will process your enquiry and create a customised quote for you.
- As soon as you approve the quote, we will place the order.
- After your order confirmation, you will receive a final confirmation from us as well as an illustration or sketch for approval.
- We will promptly create embroidery/print photos of the logo(s) and send them to you for qualitative approval.
- You approve the photos and we will then start production of your order and dispatch it as quickly as possible, usually within 10 working days.

Embroidery
Screen printing
Screen printing has been the medium of choice for high-quality, long-lasting textile finishing for decades. This technique is often used for printing event or promotional T-shirts, but also for corporate wear.
Foil printing (DTF)
Direct-to-film technology opens a new chapter in the finishing of textiles, and in a quality that is breathtaking. DTF transfers are absolutely stretchable, very tear-resistant and washable up to 60 °C.
Sublimation
Photorealistic image quality in high gloss or matt. The wash resistance and colour brilliance more than meet professional requirements. The printed textile can be washed over 50 times without any significant loss of image quality.
Patches
Small detail, big impact! What counts in brand marketing is something special. The elegant look adds value to textiles and sets fashionable accents. We design and manufacture embroidered patches in all colours and graphics exactly according to your wishes.
Embossing & laser engraving
Leather embossing without foil looks discreet and natural. The deeper the embossing, the more clearly the motif can be seen and felt. Laser engraving, on the other hand, is ideal for intricate graphics or handwriting.
